Carers Health Check
We have sent text message invitations to patients registered as carers on our clinical system for a Carer Health Check. This is open to all patients who identify as being a carer for a general check-up and to raise any medical concerns you may have. Please contact the surgery to book an appointment. If you are a carer and have not informed the surgery, please let us know. All carers are identified on our clinical system and allows us to identify patients that are eligible for extra help such as annual carer health checks and flu vaccines. If you received the text message invitation and are no longer a carer, please inform the surgery and we will update your records.
Diabetes Foot Care Workshop
On 15th January 2023, we held a diabetes foot care education workshop at the surgery. It was a 1 hour session where eligible patients were given information they can use to support their condition and ask questions. We would like to thank all the patients who attended and are grateful for any feedback regarding the session. We would like to know from all patients if there is an interest in hosting different workshops for patients at the surgery.
