Patient group – Headstone Lane Medical Centre

We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

Our patient group is a group of patients registered at the surgery who provide feedback and work with the surgery to improve the services we provide. They are representatives of the wider patient population and liaise directly with the surgery to raise concerns, provide feedback and compliment on our improvements.

All patients are welcome to join and can express an interest through the form in the ‘join our PPG’ section or by contacting the surgery directly. If anyone would like further information regarding the patient group we are happy to provide that. We want to empower patients to help steer our vision for the future of primary care in Harrow.
